Terms of Use
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms cover victimlink.com, operated by Victim Link, a Palo Media Group LLC property. Please read them with our Privacy Policy before you send a request.
What Victim Link is
Victim Link is a free attorney-matching service. We connect people with participating law firms and their intake teams. We are not a law firm, an insurance company, a government agency, or an emergency service, and we don't give legal or medical advice or decide what a claim is worth. In an emergency, call 911.
Sending a request
Sending a request is free and doesn't oblige you to hire anyone. Give accurate information and send requests only for yourself. The form asks for your permission to be contacted by phone or email about your request. Availability depends on your state and on participating firms; we may decline or pause requests, and we don't guarantee a match or a callback time.
Attorneys and fees
Using this site, sending information, or getting a call does not create an attorney-client relationship. That only starts if you sign an agreement with an attorney. Ask about fees and costs before you sign. Don't assume that what you send to Victim Link is protected by attorney-client privilege.
A request doesn't file a claim, stop a deadline from running, or replace legal advice. If you already have an attorney, talk to them about your claim.
Results and third parties
No representation, payment, or recovery is guaranteed. Results depend on the facts and the law in each case. Case results described on this site are reported by third parties and are not Victim Link cases. Law firms act independently; we may be paid for marketing and don't list every attorney available to you. Stock photos are illustrative.
